  • Support includes usage assistance, troubleshooting and general questions.

  • Are there any upfront costs?
    Absolutely not! There are no upfront costs. You’ll only be charged per API call to RebateRight.
  • What's an API call?
    Each request made to the RebateRight API—regardless of the endpoint accessed—is counted as one API call. API calls may vary in function. For example: A Calculate Rebate API call consists of a single request that includes patient demographic verification and validation for up to 50 Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) items. A single request covering multiple items for one patient is counted as one API call. While we do not limit the number of MBS items per request, Medicare supports checking up to 50 items at a time. A Patient Verification API call, which only verifies a patient's demographic details, is also counted as one API call.
  • Do you provide free support?
    Yes, we do! RebateRight support is 100% free. If you need help, you can contact us via email or schedule a call with us. We provide free support Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (AEST/AEDT), excluding public holidays. Support includes usage assistance, troubleshooting and general questions.   • Will I receive an invoice for my subscription?
    Yes, at the end of each month, you will receive a detailed invoice outlining all charges for that month.
  • Do you store patient data?
    We don't store any patient data. We understand the sensitivity of patient data, so we've built RebateRight to deliver a full suite of features without storing any patient information.
  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
    You certainly can! We're committed to providing you with an exceptional experience. If you are no longer satisfied with our service, you can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our team. If you choose to cancel within the first 30 days, no fees will apply.   • Do you limit the number of users or clinics per subscription?
    Nope, there's no limit! Your RebateRight subscription grants you unlimited access for all users and clinics within your organisation.
  • Security
    At RebateRight, we prioritise security and follow industry best practices to protect our users. We use secure PRODA authentication for our integrations with Medicare, ensuring a trusted and compliant connection. To safeguard client authentication, we utilise API keys, which are never stored in our system—eliminating any risk of compromise. Additionally, we do not store any patient data, ensuring privacy and confidentiality at all times.
